To declare that it will re-charge its phones subject to the arbitrator's decision to the German market again but with Qualcomm, processors to ensure compliance with the Qualcomm patent declaration and to avoid the ban decision according to Reuters news agency.

But not in DEU only Apple was banned to sell iPhone 7 and 8 in China too:

‘cause it was able to get around the ban with a software update and has continued selling its phones.

Apple told Reuters that it was inevitable to re-sell iPhone 7 and 8 in Germany only to abandon some of the chips Intel is in it and return to use those manufactured by Qualcomm to put it in the retail stores there.

But as we know that there is a war raging between both parties for a while and the exchange of lawsuits between them, where Apple filed several calls on Qualcomm accusing them of adopting a monopoly approach in the patent licenses blackmailed by other companies that use their chips and raise prices as they wish.

Qualcomm has also filed several suits in the United States and European countries accusing it of stealing patents and its participation with Intel, as well as other violations, the latest of which was a case dropped from the Mannheim Court of Germany for lack of evidence.

We believe that both companies should stop this and work with each other so that they can do the best they can.
And you what you think of what happens between the two companies?
